Requests to change or cancel
Contact us as soon as possible with the passenger name and booking reference. We will check the airline or supplier conditions and explain any available option, deadline, fare difference, penalty or service charge before proceeding.
Refund eligibility
Some fares are refundable, some permit a partial refund and others are non-refundable. Where a refund is allowed, the final amount may exclude airline penalties, used portions, non-refundable taxes or other charges permitted by the fare rules.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed after the airline or supplier releases the funds. Processing times vary, so we will provide available updates but cannot promise an exact completion date controlled by another provider.
Schedule changes
If an airline changes or cancels a flight, the remedies offered are determined by that airline. We will help communicate the available rebooking or refund choices associated with the affected ticket.
